    Bio: Zach has 16 years of experience working in the technology space. Starting with sales and deployment of telecommunications services, to providing agent helpdesk support, and ultimately Nationwide Insurance where for the past 8 years has played a key role in the development and support of Nationwide’s Business Continuity and Resiliency risk management program.

    Zach started his career in risk management at Nationwide facilitating Continuity Management’s compliance activities throughout the organization. He then served as a Front Office Portfolio Leader, facing off to Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) and Enterprise Applications (EA). He now serves in a Capability Leader and Program Administrator capacity; leading collaboration sessions between multiple programs, building out and supporting new processes and functionality that create better visibility between/within Business and Technology.

    Zach has his A+, Network+, and Security + from CompTIA, and a CBCP from the DRII. Zach has also served in two roles as a council member for CPO over the past four years, first as Social Media Director and now Vice President.

    Zach grew up in the Dayton area, but now lives in Dublin with Nicole, his partner of 11 years. They have a 17-year-old daughter Miya and two cats. In their free time, you might find them exploring the bike trails around the area, stopping off in any random metro park for a game of disk golf or tennis, rollerblading, or enjoying their ever-increasing collection of boardgames.

    Bio:

    Alice is a recognized business resilience expert who contributes as a resilience thought leader, mentor, and evangelist. Alice’s professional experience spans over 20 years in business continuity and disaster recovery in the information solutions industry and over 40 years in IT.

    She leads the global technical resilience (ITDR) governance program for the LexisNexis Legal business of RELX and leads the LexisNexis Infrastructure & Technology Operations business continuity and disaster recovery program. Alice chairs the RELX Technical Resilience Working Group setting and guiding TR requirements and best practices for RELX businesses.

    Alice serves as the BCI USA Chapter past president and as the treasurer and past president, Continuity Professionals of Ohio, a regional non-profit professional association. She is an active member of the ISO TSC292 US TAG WG2 and WG9.

    Bio:

    Kathy is a certified BC professional with over 25 years of experience in various aspects of IT, business continuity, and disaster recovery. Kathy has been a member of CPO since 2006 serving as North Region Program Director from 2006 – 2009, Vice President from 2010 - 2015, annual Conference Chair for 2012 and 2013, and currently serves as the Membership Director.

    Suzanne Bio:

    Suzanne grew up in what used to be considered a small town, in Grove City Ohio. After graduating from GCH she attended The Ohio State University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science and her Masters of Public Administration- she is a diehard Buckeye as well! Suzanne has over 15 years in the world of Telecom; she helps customers achieve their connectivity needs by delivering innovative IT solutions that resolves business challenges while ensuring time and cost efficiencies. Prior to her Executive Sales role in Telecom, she wore many hats in her professional path from a Director of Marketing, Top Strategic Sales Executive, Director of Public Relations, Realtor, as well as a Professor at Columbus State Community College for 10 years. Suzanne’s personal belief is that diversity is the spice of life and lends to a successful, and well-rounded individual. “Success to me means making a positive impact on those around me. Leadership skills and genuine values are core competencies that I try to emulate in every fashion of my life.”

    Bio:

    Jody has over 35 years of experience in the information technology industry with the last 22 years focused on the various practice areas of Business Continuity Management. This experience also includes 6 years as a software engineer, over 7 years in project management and 4.5 years in people management. Jody holds the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification and has been a member of Continuity Professionals of Ohio since 2001. She has served on CPO Council in the following capacities:
